Anti Spam Policy

The Sarvang Group consists of several different Business Units. Depending on the services you're interested in, you can visit the website of the appropriate Business Unit below:

Definition of Spam

What is spam? Spam is unsolicited email also known as UCE (Unsolicited Commercial Email) or UBE (Unsolicited Bulk Email).

Our Position on Spam

Sarvang adheres to a zero tolerance spam policy and strictly prohibits you from sending unsolicited emails in any form while using the Services. As a India based company, we require that you comply with the CAN-SPAM Act while using the Services.

Your Obligations Using The Service

Sarvang supports permission-based sending. You must agree to only use the Services to email someone who has clearly given you permission to email them specifically about the subject you’re contacting them about.

Every message you send using the Services must include accurate "From," "Reply-To," "To," and routing information, including the originating domain name and email address, that identify the person or business who initiated the email.

Every message you send using the Services must include a one-click unsubscribe link that instantly removes the subscriber from your list. Once they unsubscribe, you can never email them again.

Every message you send using the Services must contain a valid physical mailing address where you can receive postal mail.

If Sarvang determines that you are sending spam using the Services, we will immediately terminate your access to the Services without refund. In addition, we will fully cooperate with legal authorities and/or third parties in the investigation of any suspected or alleged crime or civil wrongdoing related to spam.
